Returns

Maison D'Luxe accepts returns under the following terms:

• They have 7 days to return the item , starting from the day they received it.

• Our items have a tag. Once the tag is removed , the item is yours and cannot be returned .

• If there is any problem with the item or the item's condition does not match the description, please contact us as soon as possible by email (geralmaison.dluxe@gmail.com), using your invoice number in the correspondence.

• The item can only be returned unused and with the tag still attached.

• Returning in the original packaging and complete . If our exchange and return conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the item.

• Maison D'Luxe is not responsible if anything happens to the package during the return process.

• Items on sale or at a "Special Price" cannot be returned.

• For order returns, the return shipping costs are your responsibility .

• After the contract ends, the purchase amount will be deposited into your account within a maximum of 14 days.
